Queensen, Principal, Co-Owner
As a founding principal of Keystone Partnership
in 1992, Pat has played a critical role in the development of the
organization. After starting his career in sales and management,
Pat moved into the field of executive recruiting more than 20 years
ago and developed the search department of a large agency to include
retained and contigent search capabilities in a number of industries.
Pat is a past President of the Missouri Association of Personnel
Services as well as a current board member for the St. Charles County
Economic Development Council. Pat takes an active role in all areas
of Keystone, from Executive Recruitment to Event Staffing.
Ken Amsinger, Principal, Co-Owner
Ken is a founding principal of Keystone. A graduate
of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Ken heads a strong
group of talent in our Executive Recruiting division. Ken has more
than 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry in both retained
and contigent search in industries including human resources, banking,
management, and sales. Ken is an active member and past officer
of the National Association of Personnel Services and the Missouri
Association of Personnel Services. Ken currently sits on the Human
Resources Advisory board for the St. Louis Association for Retarded
Citizens.
Wendy Reitz, Manager,
Executive Recruitment
Wendy was one of Keystone Partnership's first employees, joining
us in 1992. She has a total of 15 years experience in professional
recruiting; conducting searches in the areas of Sales, Management,
Human Resources and Accounting. Wendy holds a B.S. degree in Business
Administration from Illinois State University. She received her designation
as a Certified Personnel Consultant (C.P.C.) in 1994. Prior to her
recruiting career, Wendy spent 7 years in Buying and Merchandising with
a local retail headquarters.
Eileen Frederick, Director of Operations
Eileen has more than seven years experience in the staffing industry and has held positions including Executive Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Account Representative and Branch Manager. Prior to her career in this industry Eileen spent 17 years in the Banking industry holding various positions including Vice President of Operations for the Missouri and Illinois region, Division Manager for 8 Retail locations, and assisted in the conversion and training process of newly acquired banks. Eileen currently holds the Branch Manager position for the Creve Coeur Branch here at Keystone. She volunteers for events for the Juvenile Diabetes Association, Habitat for Humanity, and the MS Society.
